Dr. Debbie Hall attended Eastern Illinois University for her undergraduate education, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, 1997-2001. She completed her optometric training at Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned a Doctor of Optometry degree, May 2005. Dr. Hall is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.
